Purpose and Vision

Link Performance was established in 2008  to provide leadership, knowledge, support and inspiration to people wanting to improve their results in any area of life.

We realise that for one to create lasting change in their life and achieve their desired results, they need to be around people who support where they are going and what they are doing. Our vision is to continue to create an environment conducive to that  requirement.

About Anthony Killeen, Founder of Link Performance

Anthony Killeen is a certified independent Life Success Consultant. After having trained with renowned leaders such as Bob Proctor and Paul Martinelli in Florida USA, he now has his own business, LINK Performance, based in Wollongong on the South Coast of NSW.

Anthony’s goal is to assist you to achieve outstanding results in any area of your life; his passion to see others achieve their potential stems from his experience in the aviation industry.

As a qualified commercial pilot and flight instructor, Anthony gained valuable knowledge about how people perform, especially in high-pressure situations. While he was recruited to work for China Southern WA Flying School in Perth, he helped to train Chinese cadets and turn them into fully qualified pilots for commercial airlines.

Because these cadets come straight out of university with no flying experience and limited English, communication was difficult at the best of times. And it was here that Anthony first became fascinated with the varying levels of performance shown by individuals.

So Anthony began his research into personal development, reading everything he could on the subject; not only to help the cadets but to help himself. He wanted to understand why some people seem to “have what it takes” and some people don’t - and also to make advancements in his own life.

What he found was that, put simply, it’s a matter of understanding and awareness that separates highly successful people from others: and that’s the easy part!
